Congratulations to CW for receiving the Special Terrific Person Award at assembly this week and to EM for receiving the Values award. Great work!
Library
On a Thursday afternoon we head off to the school library. There are bookmarks there to use to make it easier to return the book you are looking at back to the shelf. We decided to make our own personalised bookmarks to keep over in the library to use. This will make it easier to remember which bookmark we used and then we can bring it up to the counter when we have selected our book to issue as it even has our own personalised barcode on it! We are proud of our bookmarks and can't wait to use them on Thursday!

On Friday afternoon, in the shade and quiet of the Nature Garden, we met or buddy class for the first time! We were excited to learn that our buddy class is a Year 5/6 Class - Room 19 and Mrs Pearce.

Welcome to a busy year in Room 13! We are a Year 3 class at Botany Downs Primary School, Howick, Auckland, New Zealand. We are looking forward to sharing our learning journey with you by using this Blog to keep you informed of activities, events, inquiry units and by sharing our BEST work.
