Assembly 11 September

Mini Me

Our homework task this week was to create a 'Mini Me' from a template. They are so cute! Come into Room 13 and look at the amazing detail in them- shoelaces, pockets, logos... even removable items and clothing! They are all so different and unique. Great job!

Assembly 4th September

What a great Fathers Day Assembly! Well done to our amazing school Kapa Haka group that performed- including DR, KM, GD, MP, JV and JC from Room 13!
Congratulations to MP for receiving the Special Terrific Person Award from Mr T this week, and to AA for receiving the Values Award for Co-operation.
Big congratulations to EC for his awesome gymnastic skills, coming 3rd in the Year 3 Boys team and 6th place in Year 3 Boys Individuals. Super work!

Cute Baby Chicks

On Thursday during our library time we were very lucky to be allowed to hold one of the baby chicks that hatched in the incubator in the library. Room 13 loved watching the chicks and seeing the funny things they did like jumping into the food bowl and fighting for a spot under the light bulb!
They were so cute, soft and fluffy!
